Please Read/Follow All These Rules.

Don't mess with other players.
Don't spam.
Don't RDM.
Don't spawn kill, wars are allowed with admins consent.
Don't ask for Staff.
Don't build on the streets, unless you're a Hobo.
Don't FailRP.
Don't Micspam.
Follow NLR (3 Minutes)
No one way props.
Use common sense.
Respect all players and staff.
No propclimb/block/spam/etc.
Listen to Staff at all times.
Hobos may not have any weapons besides melee.
Use /advert whenever you are going to Mug, Raid, Kidnap.
You may only Mug/Raid someone every 10 minutes.
Max mug is only $1,500.
You may only Kidnap someone for a period of 10 minutes, and may not kidnap them for another 30 minutes.
